Ambrosia Apples

  • A chance seedling discovered in the Similkameen Valley in BC in the early 1990s.

  • A bi-colored apple with a smooth skin and a bright pink blush color over a creamy yellow background.

  • In Greek mythology, Ambrosia means “Food of the Gods”.

  • A crisp, sweet & aromatic apple, make it a favorite for fresh-eating, pies and baking.

  • Slow to brown, therefore great in salads and baking.
