Spartan Apples

​

  • The Okanagan’s first-bred  apple created in 1936, by the Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre, Summerland BC.

  • An apple with a bright red  color but backgrounds can have patches of green or yellow.

  • Flesh is crispy- white, aromatic and very juicy,  with a sweet-tart  flavor.

  • Excellent for fresh-eating and desserts.
